From Hong Kong to London, The Flavour Library—created in partnership with OneBite Design—will be at Dao West London from 25 September to 24 October 2025, inviting you to reimagine urban design through an entirely new dimension: flavour.
Just as every dish carries a distinctive taste, every city has its own unique essence. Some places might feel fruity and vibrant, while others leave behind a fizz of cultural diversity or a lingering note of warmth. The Flavour Library captures these sensations and transforms them into a multi-sensory exhibition where cities are rediscovered not just with the eyes, but through the imagination.
At the heart of the experience are the Flavour Cabins, where your journey begins. Pick up a Flavour Library folder, scan the QR code, and let the interactive web app—developed by One Bite Design—guide you through a short and inspiring questionnaire. From there, you will create your own Flavour Flower, a personal reflection of your city and community.
Continue your journey at the Flavour Stations, where your Flavour Flower comes alive. Collect its components, add colour, and bring a finishing touch of scent. Along the way, discover Care Notes—thoughtful prompts encouraging simple, meaningful ways to connect with your community.
Your creation does not end there. Upload your Flavour Flower to the Flavour Map, joining a global garden filled with contributions from guests all around the world. Watch as London connects with Hong Kong and beyond through a shared tapestry of creativity.
