From now until 6 October, savour two special creations by Executive Sous Chef Dexter Lim, featuring Alaska Seafood that is wild caught, all natural and sustainable. This seafood promotion initiative between the state of Alaska and the Alaskan Seafood industry aims to support Singapore importers and highlight the versatility of Alaskan seafood in various cuisines found in Singaporean culture.
