Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Town Hall, London will be part of the restored Grade II* listed Town Hall complex and is set to open in Q4 2023. Spread across four floors, the 68 serviced aparthotels will include a mix of rooms and suites, many of the rooms such as the old Borough Treasurer’s room, include original ironmongery and timber panelling that stretches from floor to ceiling. These unique features have been cleaned, retained and paired with modern pendant lighting and terrazzo-inspired worktops, giving each room a mix of period and contemporary fittings.

The listed building overlooks the Town Hall Square; alongside an Art Centre features co-working spaces with a lounge, cinema, assembly hall, recording studios, three restaurants, a cafe, a rooftop bar, available for a vast range of events hosting, such as live music, lectures, conferences, corporate events and exhibitions.

The development is located at the heart of Crouch End, adjacent to shops and restaurants on a busy high street, while having good transport link to central London.
